Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees, which are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rules vary by country — UK and EU customers will usually pay VAT on arrival.
Returns
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it. Unopened non-food items can be returned within 14 days; food and drink can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Terms of Sale for details.
