- Returns & cancellation返品・交換・キャンセル
Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund them at our cost. Unopened non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Food and drink cannot be returned once delivered for hygiene reasons. 破損・不良・誤配送の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。当社負担で交換または返金いたします。食品以外の未開封商品は到着後14日以内であれば返品可能です（返送料はお客様負担）。食品・飲料は衛生上の理由により、お届け後の返品はお受けできません。発送前のご注文はキャンセル可能です。
